When you really know ...u love your job.......

Ralph

I have done a lot of jobs in my life and it wasn't until I found cleaning carpet and hard surfaces that I realized how happy this industry makes me. I just left the Fedx terminal and got home with my new cimex. I just couldn't wait to open it. I have a Job Wed night and I have two machines to use on this one. We as cleaners are like a kid in a candy shoppe when it comes to new equipment. Even though I have owned a cimex for two years now... I just couldn't wait to open up the new one. I wish I had found this industry many years ago, But hey better late that never.

Rick thanks for the great service. She's a beauty

Hey Ralph,

I love hearing that!

I'm happy to be the guy who played a part in delivering that smile to your face!
Yeah I can see that big ol' smile right through the computer monitor and all the fiber optic cable.

I'm the same way about getting a new toy!
My wife would say that we boys are all the same.

Enjoy your new TOY!

And if I can help you in any way just holler.

Enjoy and get out there. I have a Truckmount and I make most of my money with the cimex. I would say 80%. I have the sprint.. Good machine, save your money work with Rick and get a cimex.

They say that cold calling doesn't work... I disagree, last fall I was able to secure a contract for 85,000 a year for one account. Get out there and clean some carpet.

i agree, save up for the Cimex. going door to door and canvassing an area always works for me. i'm not a good salesman, and it still works. i guess it is 50% your image (what you wear and how you clean up : no t-shirt, cut-off's and tennis shoes) and 50% attitude (being happy, polite, mannerly and smiling). i try and do those things and it works out.

congrats Raplph on growing large enough for another machine...you an owner/op like me?

thanx --- Derek.
