a cousin of my wifes has bought a old house built in 1925, they pulled out all carpet and are looking to clean the floors, about 1500 sq ft even to for me to get the Rx for wood products to do the job is more then they can afford right now. Just married young couple

so my question i'm thinking about some murphy oil soap and say fiber pads to clean it. any other options would be helpful.

Thanks

If you want to clean them. Either use a wool or all cotton bonnet. RX for wood has a daily cleaner ( not the prep cleaner you would use with the system.) Or just go to a flooring store and buy the spray bottle of cleaner for wood floors. Mist it on the floor and run the bonnet over it. Change bonnets frequently. This will clean the floor well. If you have an OP machine I would use that to avoid swirl marks. If you need a little more scrubbing power try using a white vct pad.

Steve if you use the cimex there will be NO swirl marks...they cancel each other out...hence is why the mex is so good on stone floors...

if i could only find a vac ring for the 19" i have some BIG ideas
