Marley Rubber Floor??

I just got a call from a dance studio and they want me to set up a Maint. package to clean their studio floors 4x per year. I asked what type of floor it was and the owner told me a Marley rubber floor. Any ideas on how to clean this???

I would use amy sprint with a neutral cleaner...
