Is anyone else having a problem sending email to info@excellent-supply.com ?? I sent a message last week to order the special of one case DS with 8" fiberpads for 5 bucks and have not gotten a response. Not sure the order got through.
I have been checking my spam file and see nonething yet..
is this the right address.

Hi Carl,

I just logged into the office e-mail system and checked all of the messages under the info@excellent-supply.com account going all the way back to December, and I don't see an order that came in from you. For whatever reason, it appears that the message did not come through. There are plenty of other messages in that account, so the account is active and working. But for some reason your message is not in there. I don't know why it didn't show up - I guess it's lost somewhere in Cyberspace.

Here's another e-mail address you can try if you'd like to: sales@excellent-supply.com

Or you can call the office anytime 24/7 (after office hours the calls roll over to our order processing answering service). So you can place an order at any time by phone, online, or e-mail.

Sorry about the problem with the missing e-mail. That's unusual. But just let us know what you need and we'll get your order processed right away.
