Hi Rick do you know if Shaws was testing your Encap cleaner in thier 5 year study of the effects on carpeting using encapulation cleaning?

I am not aware of what they did in those tests.
Perhaps they tested their own encapsulation detergent.

BTW, UPS sent your vacuum to the wrong house, twenty miles away.
