Great Staff

Rick,
I just ordered my second Cimex. I wanted to let you know what a great staff you have. These ladies are so easy to work with. They have great product knowledge and are very helpful. You and your staff make it very easy to do business. It's hard to find such high quality customer service.

Jamie, you're correct - Rick does in my opinion have a very friendly and helpful support staff! Case in point: I called a local distributor (rather large) in the Dallas area a couple of weeks ago just a few minutes after they were to be open. The phone rang and rang and finally someone picked up. Just as I was explaining what I was inquiring about the indiviual interrupted and told me they just got in the door and were running behind and asked if I'd call back later. My jaw hit the floor. Needless to say, I didn't call back and wont!

By the way CONGRATS on the purcahse of your 2nd Cimex. I'm still waiting on the autographed photo of yours, Jamie ... you know before you become famous. Lol. Take care.

Beth, (I hope I got her name correct)is great to deal with. Rick I hope you pay her well.

I too called a so called local dist about a US Products item I wish to purchase. I was told by US Products that this supplier about a half hour away from me is a dealer of there extractors.

Two times I was passed around because of no one knowing if they sell US Products. Could not get prices on items both times I called, told me they didnt know and had to check. Last time, I told the guy I would call him back because of being put on hold for 15 min. I never called back.

Why is there no customer service anymore? Other then Rick's place.

I get the same thing when (when I am forced) I go to Wally Mart. Target is a little better.

Customer service is a thing of the past for most business and its kind of sad.

I just purchased a machine from Beth, Excellent! but she would not let me speak to Rick, but that's OK So if you call me Rick, I'll tell Ellen to tell you that I'm in a meeting, LOL

Ray I hope you KNOW that I would LOVE to speak with you!
However it can become INSANE around here sometimes. Let me explain...

Sometimes I am on the phone with another customer.

Sometimes I am in a meeting.

Sometimes I am completely tied up with a project and I can't talk on the phone because I have to meet a deadline.

Sometimes I'm out of the office.

And sometimes (as often as possible) I can actually pick up the phone and talk with the folks I love - like you.

I hope you will understand.

Rick, that a was tongue in cheek comment I made. I am so impressed and proud of you and what you have accomplished in the last few years. The way you run your business should be a model for others. Now if you will just admit that the brains behind your whole operation is Nancy.
