Tight areas

How do you go about getting into tight areas when using a Cimex such as under cubicles? Do you use a sprint or other CBR machine? Also what about getting close to base boards? Does anyone use the edge brush that rick sells and if so how?
Thanks for your help.

in answer to your 1st question, i only clean what the Cimex can reach. it does an excellent job of reaching most anything that you (or your clients) can see.

if there is a spill inder a desk which i can not reach (rarely if ever seen one yet), i would grab a spotter and clean towel and take care of it that way.

in answer to your 2nd question, again i only clean what the Cimex can reach. since i use VLM, we HAVE to do a thorough pre-vac which should include edging baseboards. if there is a spill up against a wall (hardly ever see this), then i spray my Encap spotter and use rag or my Stand-Up brush.

soil along baseboards is only dust and the like...edging picks up those dry soils.

your questions are things i used to wonder about when i 1st bought my Cimex. now i realize i was worried for nothing.

thanx --- Derek.

Nobody walks up that close to a wall. I clean a lot of Denist office using the Cimex, no problem.

I use brush or have also used Turan pads on a doodlebug. Also lately have started to use white doodlebug pads and tried cutting some elastomeric burnishing pads and UHS cleaner pads to the dimensions of the doodledug (? 6"x9"?) and have had good luck with that. Seems to work pretty well in tight cubicles where people eat and drink at their work area. Carpet Roamer works okay but I think the doodlebug is better value.
