I'm incredibly pleased to announce that Bob Wittkamp has joined Excellent Supply! As our business has grown, we've seen a need to add additional technical support on the phones. So I called my old friend Bob. After all, you can't get much better than Bob when it comes to technical stuff. Bob has been in the carpet cleaning industry since the early 1970's. He's been an instructor for over 20 years and he's also a carpet inspector. Bob has probably forgotten more than most of us will ever learn. The guy is like a walking encyclopedia when it comes to carpet cleaning. He even wrote a book on the subject http://www.carpetcleaningtechsbook.com As a matter of fact, Bob was one of my IICRC instructors and I always loved the way he explained things. Plus Bob lives in the same town (St Pete) so it was basically a no-brainer to approach him. So I'm excited to be adding Bob's talent of answering technical questions to the services we provide for our customers. It's gonna be cool having a real life carpet cleaning guru working on our team

SFS in tampa Sept 06 I learned a lot just my listening to him during class and
