Got my new Cimex on Thursday last week. Just now got to try it for the first time. Very smooth and quiet. Used the Fiber plus pads on a small area of my carpet near the garage entrance. Cut pile. Waited about an hour and groomed with a vacuum. Still damp but a big difference already. Last time it was cleaned with my porty about six or eight months ago. Will get to try it this coming weekend on a commercial job. Doing a demo(about 100 sq./ft.). It's about 11000 sq./ft.job.The carpet hasn't been cleaned in several years.I figure on prespray with Punch and encap with DS. First I'll pile lift and vac of course.
