syon-5 low moisture cleaner

I am looking at a job that is requiring the exact specs as listed by C & A for their 20 yr waranty powerbond carpet. I have never used this product, it looks like its primary function is for urine removal. There will not be any urine issues on this carpet. Has anyone ever used this and where to you get it from?

Second, they are requiring a Whittaker brush to put it down and aggitate. Pure water rinse only. These units would be perfect for an encap prespray and/or rinse, but they were not interested in my initial talks with them. There are several other cleaning products approved on their list and includes some encap products. How can I present this to them to make a valid, but not turn them off by appearing to be difficult?

C&A manufactures their own detergent and they it as the approved detergent to care for their carpet.
Clever people. They control the whole ball of wax.

Rick is right they do control the whole deal. We have used syon-5 on some accounts for a while because of it. e-mail me at booni_boys@msn.com I may be able to help tell you what we have seen with the syon-5.

i believe Crystal Dry and Scots Tuff are 2 other products approved for use on C&A products!

You are correct. They are both listed as approved products, but I cannot get the customer off of his "written by the manufacturer" line by line specifications. Those two are encap products, is the syon-5 also?
