Multiple use machine

Rick,
Was wondering if the Cimex E(B)500 series of machines could also be used for soft surfaces? Do they streak, is the solution a gravity feed system. Of course the squeegee would need to be "up", but isn't the rpms and motor about the same? Actually the motor might be larger on the Eagle? Would prespraying lubricate the surface enough to reduce drag/motor drag/power issues? Would it be better to just heavily prespray only and not dispense solution through the machine?
Would the Rotowash R5 units be better suited?
We are looking at getting an autoscrubber in the next year and was wondering if these units might have an edge if they could do hard or soft surfaces. Thanks! Sorry if this is a dumb question.
