Thanks guys, these are pictures of severe pet stains caused by a sick (diarrhea) and bleeding dog. Pet spots were flushed out using a Water Claw. The staining after the Water Claw is what is shown in the before pictures. Stains were treated with Stain Magic then I used my steamer with the wallpaper remover attachment to steam them. There were a few especially stubborn stains that I had to use an iron and damp towel. After the staining was removed carpet was cleaned using a 17” Rotary with a Dirt Napper and Rick’s Encap-Punch boosted with Sodium Percarbonate. Most blood spots came out with Punch and HWE, the rest were removed with Stain Magic (no heat needed).

There were a few areas where I got aggressive and there was some minor (in the scope of the situation) color loss to the carpet itself. I did let the client know this risk before work commenced. She was thrilled with the outcome and to be honest, so was I LOL. She graciously gave her permission to use the pictures for advertising purposes and sent a very nice testimonial to add to my website.
