telemarketing?

is against the law right? but is that true only for calling residences, not commercial establishments?

had a LARGE lawyer outfit check out my site today. so i was HOPING that their facilities manager was the offender hehe.

i was skeered, but i called anyways and asked who in facilities i could mail info to. the receptionist instead just forwarded me to the appropraite person and i left her a message.

worked out well, but i was nervous they were after me!!

It is not illegal to call businesses ever... It is also not illegal to call residences...unless they are not on the do not call list.

I put both my business and home phone on the do not call list. as I understand the law, it includes all. If someone does call the biz number Iask them politely to review the do not call list. Guess what never hear from them again.
