warranty

Had a repeat client call and leave a message about the new warranty. I called back but she wasn't home. She said on the message that she wants to talk to me and ask about cleaning before I come out. She wants to make sure I don't void the warranty. This is bull. I will leave my Butler TM at home and go rent a rug doctor and clean it for her.

Just because I have been in business for 15 years have maybe 1-3 call backs a year (and that is a return spot) and never a claim that don't mean nothing.
OK I feel better now, thanks LOL.

if she insisted, i would rent the R.D. prescrub with the Cimex or a CRB if you have one, then run the RD over it. or just run the R.D., and work the rental fee and your wasted time into the price.
