Question for Rick

The Icapsol looks interesting but please tell me your not going to stop selling the Sprint. That machine is FANTASTIC! I got a new Sprint from you 3 months ago and I have'nt been this pleased with a machine since I got a Cimex 2 years ago.
I use it so much that I don't want to get into a situation where I need a part but can't find a supplier.
Just let us Sprint owners know that you will continue to be a Sprint dealer.
P.S. Is the Sprint built for the long haul or can I expect breakdowns? Like I said above, I use it a lot.

Joe,

We definitely plan to keep handling the Sprint. It's a terrific machine. Many of our customers love these machines. And we have no plans to rock that boat.

You asked if the Sprint is built for the long haul?

The Sprint is a well built machine, but it does require some care. Here are a few recommendations:
Keep the spray jet cleaned out on a regular basis. Clean the in-line filter and flush/purge the system with fresh water after each job. Clean out the recover tray, and the under-side of the machine after each job. And avoid letting the machine bang around in the back of your truck, because some of the parts can break if it gets smacked around. Take care of it and it should last.

Enjoy your Sprint! It is a cool machine

Alex' I use it for small commercial and a lot of residential. I have also used it on tile. What I like about it is the recovery tray. Fill the machine with encap juice and take off on practically any resi carpet and as you clean, it picks up dirty water in the recovery tank. So you get the best of both worlds, encap and some extraction. The type of carpet determines how much liquid that is picked up. When you use it on a hard surface it picks up most of the liquid and causes the floor to dry in just a few minutes. On filthy resi I use the Sprint first then OP. Works great. The way I handle edges is to run the machine toward the baseboard going forward and the front brush gets practically all of the edge.
For my needs I would choose the Sprint over any other cylindrical machine.

Thanks Rick for the good news!

Thanks Joe

I appreciate your feedback on the Sprint. I do mainly residential and have been eyeing the CBM's and am a little confused about which one to purchase. The best research comes from unsolicited, actual user experience.

Thanks
