I got a call from guy today wanting office cubicle panels cleaned. I stupidly told him .12 per sq st. I was figuring using encap punch in sprayer, a car buffing machine with cotton pads, and wiping with a towel to dry. maybe 1min per side. some only need one side done, some both, some have spots etc.

I did a search for any past info and did not find anything that apperaerd to address this. just looking for advise, clearafaction, etc.

We clean carpet, tile, and wall panels at a County Park, here. The wall panels are 8 foot high by 20 feet long. We charge them $50.00 to do the panels. We always clean it with our Cimex/Releasit combo. We just take a drill and brush attachment we have for the drill (that we bought from Rick) and put some mixed Releasit in a trigger sprayer and spray it on and scrub it in. Works great. It is real fast too. It takes about 20 minutes to do the wall.

Trigger sprayer w/ DS, Drill w/ FP pad. You can also use a bonnet. Groom with a brush if necessary. If there are spots, get them with Encap Spot and a white towell...works great!

We've done similar to the above comments. We were amazed at how well the Releasit worked on old cigarette smoke stains. The partitions were light gray, but looked 'nicotine brown' before cleaning. They came out perfectly! That one job has resulted in a few referrals, one of which was an extremely high-end customer.
