I want to commend you guys! Even when there might be a difference of opinion at times, it's refreshing to see the discussion here generally maintains a reasonable and respectful tone. It's a shame to watch the kind of banter getting kicked back and forth like we've recently seen on other boards. It's disappointing to see professional men and women getting into a sandbox of childish attacks. It gives our entire industry a black eye. The rules for this board require that we respect each other. And I just want to say that it's nice to see that you guys are professional enough to play by those rules. During the 5 years that this message board has been running I can honestly say it's been a pleasure to moderate this forum. Keep up the good work

And there there. I must add that I have gleaned an awful lot of information from the contributers to this board and would like to express my thanks to all of you. Particularly, and in stark contrast from what I have witnessed in some of the other forums... this board has been consistently interesting, useful, and refreshing. Nice to find people that actually communicate more or less like professionals.

I agree with Rick, and I would also add that we should never take this forum for granted. I realized quite some time ago that this forum is worth money to me. I can post any question I want to and will always get at least one (but usually several) very good information packed response. That is VALUABLE!!!
I feel that when I buy a machine or case of product from Excellent Supply I am also getting access to this forum.
I also appreciate different ideas and opinions being expressed. That is how we learn, from people's experiences.
So let's continue to treat each other with respect so we can all continue to benefit from this great tool.

My hat is off to the leadership (Rick) and that sweet lady behind him (Nancy) My hope is that I can ad substance to this board along with a little foolishness (if we don't laugh, we might go insane) from time to time. I cannot believe this board has been on the airwaves for 5 years. This board is in part a testament to Ricks character. I love you Rick!

This board is great...I've been on some other ones and the BS is overwhelming. I think some carpet cleaners have nothing better to do than chat on boards. I for one would rather be out cleaning carpets and it seems like the proffessionals on THIS board are of the same mindset. It's great to find answers to real questions without having to put your boots on and go wading.

I'm also extremely pleased that Releasit has a distributor in Canada...which helps me out a lot...Rick Thode's a great guy.

The type of professionalism and honesty on this board is overwelming, and thank god i found it!

I bought a business almost 2 yrs ago with limited knowledge, from a man who was an out right s-bag. The only good thing I bought from him was a Cimex and some low -grade encapsulation detergent. I toiled for months to try and keep the accounts I bought, and utilize the methods he showed me (He had NO idea what he was doing.) I then hopped online typed encapsulation in and here i am!
