Yes they can be customized to your heart's content. These files are in Microsoft Office format so they can be modified as you see fit. However, they are pretty tight to start with so you may not see much need for adjusting them.
All of the the files are designed to put the emphasis on getting your prospect to see the value of cleaning on a regular basis.
The Proposal kind of forces your prospect to look at considering having regular interval cleaning. It lays out the service into monthly columns and breaks it down over the year. This helps you to secure regular service accounts rather than "one time" cleanings.
The Strategy Worksheet is one of my favorite tools in the package. You can e-mail a copy of the file to the client. They can then select the level of service they desire. This gives them the opportunity to "Super Size" the service. The file also holds digital thumbnail photos of the job - and that really impresses the client too. I have used this approach in my commercial cleaning business and this strategy has proven to be an absolute winner!
The PowerPoint presentation is a marketing goldmine! It will set you apart from all the other cleaners in your market. This is over the top marketing that is more than the prospect expects from a "carpet cleaner".
The Carpet Inspection form opens up a dialogue with the prospect. Getting them talking about their cleaning needs takes the effort out of selling to them. You are seen as an expert that cares about solving their problems.
The Perpetual Clean contract is another really cool features of the program. It opens the door to locking larger accounts into an iron clad program that they'll find hard to resist.
The Flyers and the Postcards are sharp looking too. We tried to get them looking as professional as we possibly could.
As you can see, these are not just standard forms, there's a lot of marketing technique behind what is presented here! I've run this by a few cleaners and all of them said they thought the package would be worth at least $300 or more. So at $149 I think it will be a true bargain. It's my desire that it will help more cleaners to become commercial experts.
