in the Carpet Cleaning Business after starting from the basket on my Bicycle, by; Rick Gelinas. Comming out in book or CD soon. Rick, I am glad to see you moving into the education market side of this business, as you have so much to offer. There are some making a killing in this business who failed tring to run their own carpet cleaning business, JP for one. I am looking foward to getting your first offering, as I am still learning every day.

LOL

Well you're not too far off about my humble beginning. I started my janitorial business at 21 years of age working from the trunk of my car with an old Kirby vacuum cleaner. And yes, I even did some cleaning from a bicycle basket too...

I built up a window washing route all around downtown St Pete back when I first started my cleaning business. After the route got to be fairly concentrated I started driving downtown with a bike on a bike rack. Then I would park the car and load my window washing bucket onto the bike and ride from business to business. It saved a lot of time over driving around and parking. Those were the days

BTW I'm working on my second million now. I gave up on the first one.

P.S. I started getting into commercial carpet cleaning when I was 23. If I only knew then what I know now it sure would have made things a lot easier. I guess I had to learn everything the hard way.

Judging by those chicken legs, you didn't ride that bicycle long.

Now wait a second about Rick’s legs; for a guy as old as he is, he’s still pretty fast – not as fast as his little brother but still pretty quick just the same.

I hear it from a good source that Dave is only fast with a tail wind, I would say going down hill but he's in Florida.
