2 weeks ago I encapped part of a restaurant. Today I did another room in the restaurant. I took a walk and looked at what I did 2 weeks ago. It looks awesome!!! I cannot believe it.

I did not want to steam clean it because I would have to start at 11pm and I didn't want to do that. I told him I would try this low moisture system. They are so happy.
I am doing an estimate at a pizza place tomorrow.

I am so glad I gave it a try. I was going to turn them down.

Marty,

I would be happy to do them if I can encap them in the daytime. I just give a price for Steam Cleaning and a price for Encapsulation. I tell them Steam Cleaning is the best way to go but it costs twice as much as encap. They decide.

Several weeks ago Ray Moody posted a "secret formula" for encapping greasy restaurants. I used it at one in my town and the owner was totally blown away. Get with the program, bud! lol....I hope you know I'm just jerkin' your chain on the last statement! I have nothin' but respect for ya, even if'n you are from up North!!

Dave why not just give them a price for clean carpet say .25 so if you encap your ahead. All they want is CLEAN CARPET

dave im glad you tried it and even posted about it because i know you have that big aerotech but oh yeah the cimex makes almost anything look new again i love it when i get a flat worn out carpet and make it bright and fluffy again with all the fibers standing straight up like its on viagra lool
