Thank you David for answering that for me. Yep, the CMS program is now out and we have begun shipping them.

BTW We officially unveiled the new CMS program this morning at EncapFest and discussed its contents. And I've got to say that the response for the program was strong! After EncapFest folks were standing in line as 4 of us were trying to take credit card info from all those who wanted a copy.

I was happy to see the level of excitement over the material in the program. A number of people said they thought it offered a lot of value for the price. I was hoping it would reach the target when we planned the price for the program. I'm hoping the program will be helpful for many!

If I may make a suggestion- Pull that bad boy out of "Accessories" and create a "Marketing" heading to make it stand out more. That's the last place I would have (and actually did not) look for it.

I was thinking you could probably increase your profits on you CMS by making the software available by download. You would probably increase sales too. I know I like the instant gratification of receiving my purchase right now. Any way just a thought and one I'm sure you've already considered.

This is why I own my own business. I have worked for the government for years, and years (3 different cities, and the state) and a major internet corporation.

Something as simple as moving the CMS from "Accessories" to "Marketing" on the web site- which I think will directly affect the sales of the product would have taken months in the "government" world.

One little suggestion in our own little businesses' (OK Rick's is bigger) and BLAMO it's done.

I seriously hate red tape and committees that are useless. And that is why Rick gets my business these days. Not only products that do what he says they do, but undeniably EXCELLENT service.

Are you keeping the "Magic Elves" into overtime Rick? They do have a union, so watch out.
