EncapFest :-)

EncapFest was well attended again this year. We had a large crowd. And they were good sports too - cuz they had to listen to me all morning

This year's program covered 3 areas - (1) Doing intentional dreaming in your business and engaging the entrepreneur within (concepts I learned at Michael Gerber's Dreaming Room seminar). (2) Then we talked about encapsulation and its role in building your commercial business. (3) And then we rolled out the new CMS (Commercial Marketing System) program.

We also heard from Paul Thompson. Paul shared his method of contracting commercial accounts using what he calls the "Ever Clean" system. Paul's approach is soooo cool for locking in commercial carpet cleaning. The audience LOVED what Paul had to share. Paul, thank you for kindly taking the time to be a part of our EncapFest!

Folks also got a chance to play with the machines... Cimex, Vento, iCapsol, Lindhaus, Sprint.

And we got a chance to hang out and speak with some great people. A lot of our customers were among the crowd. I just wish we had more time... 2 1/2 hours flew by and it just wasn't enough. There were so many friends there - I only wish I had more time to spend with my pals!

For those of you that came - thank you. You made this year's EncapFest a huge success!

In a nutshell...

Paul talked about his Ever Clean commercial service agreement. It is a BRILLAINT approach to acquiring LARGE accounts.

Paul only bids large buildings with this program 80,000 sq ft or larger. He takes the TOTAL square footage of the footprint of the building. And bids it between 24 - 36 cents per sq foot per year. It gets billed by the month. So the client is paying between 2 - 3 cents per square foot per month. And he gives them EVER CLEAN carpet. If they ever have a spot he' takes care of it! Before you say "that's crazy" - listen to how it works. That is billed on the TOTAL footprint of the building. In reality there is a lot of floor space that does not have carpet or does not get cleaned. And there is a lot of carpet that doesn't need frequent cleaning. So in reality he may only be cleaning 20% of the building each month. In the end... The customer gets CLEAN carpet year round. The customer feels that they are getting a bargain. And nobody in their right mind would want to bid against Paul at 2 - 3 cents per sq ft. Everybody wins!

BTW We've included a "Perpetual Clean" flyer and a "Perpetual Clean" contract in the CMS program

Hey Rick G I can't keep up. Your taking Giant forward steps, I can only inch along. Wait for me Rick.

Sometimes to move forward we have to take a step backwards.
Somehow,someway i'm gonna get that CMS .....and the ICapsol.(smile)
