We have just been buying it at Wal-Mart. 2oz. for 4.95.

Although I like Derek's idea of getting 16 oz. at one time. That would last a long time.

drops

Del,

We usually mix up our Releasit like normal in the tank on the Cimex and then just add about 20 drops per 5 gallons. Sometimes we have added more but the smell will knock you over if you add too much. So add drops not ounces.

At the risk of sounding stupid. What is it used for? I looked at the website and it looks like something you put on your skin.

1.  Don't add any extra.

2.  Never had anybody complain, most people like it.

3.  If all else fails I'd have to HWE with my Bridgepoint chems.

for ppl that don't like the smell, you can use Peppermint essential oil to help "neutralize" the TT odor.

thanx --- Derek.

Aris

Sol-u-mel

May 30 2007, 2:54 PM

My wife has bought some cleaning products for the house from a friend who sells Melalueca which uses a lot of tea tree oil in their products. I've experimented with a product called Sol-U-Mel which is supposed to be a cleaning booster for their products. I've added one to two ounces in a two gallon pump sprayer with Releasit Punch and it seemed to help boost the cleaning ability. I've also added it to a carbonated product I use and it boosted that as well.

Has anyone else tried this stuff? Is the actual oil in droplet form going to give me even better results?

Never used it- but...

Aris,

I have never used that product.  But what I would ask Rick is if it hampers the encapsulation process or even better yet find out for yourself by doing a side by side test to see.
