Chemical left in your carpet.

June 4 2007 at 9:59 PM
Alex

Today i was in the cleaner's business card.So i grabbed it to see what my composition is doing. When i called asked what he charges per room and what method will he be using?

He told me that he can't tell me how much until he come out to see the rooms. So i asked him what kind of chemical will he be using? He told me that he ccan't tell me until he see what kind of soil i have. Cause he have different chemicals for different soils, water base soils, oil base soils, he has a chemical for each one.

He went on to say that his chemicals are all 100% bio- digradable and because of that no chemical will be left in my carpet cause it will desolve therfore leaving nothing there.

I placed him on my competion baord in the do-not-worry-about section. The reason #1 he sounded like a non-knowledable carpet cleaner, #2 he had a lack of confidence, it came across clearly, over the phone.

I also posess #1 and #2.....But i have the Cimex/Releasit system so that makes up the difference in my confidence level. (Smile)

Thanks
Your Servant Alex
