T&G Chems

It makes a big difference what has been put down on the floor as to what you should use.; Put if it doesn't have any foreign substance like wax, hair spray,
mop & glow etc. I use an alkaline and then a acidic cleaner mixed to the strengths needed. I do mostly commercial T&G so it can get pretty bad i sometimes mix my very strong. Stronger than the directions say.
If it does have wax or something you need to strip it first.
