Types of Businesses in Large buildings

Charles

What catergories does anyone search for to find a business in a large building besides insurance , banks and accountants? Do you search on switchboard.com,,white pages.com , yellow pages in phone book or just drive around. Please name some categories.

My CMS package is coming in this Thursday and I would like some ideas so this program can start making money. I have to target areas about 70 miles away cause the area I live in stinks. Everthing goes good I will be moving there.

BNI networking groups, internet access to Chamber of Commerce normally will give you contact info and name also you can also cross reference with B.B.B. for time in business contact person etc. Notes while driving to and from appointments I always give myself addtional time incase I see something promising and just pop in not to sell just get contact persons card then follow with an appointment. I also try and target specific business, one week maybe assisted living homes, coffee shop franchises, automotive industrys, medical facilities etc. concentrating on one specific field, hitting it hard then mailers after that 3 months stops back in. I have these business card holders mounted on my van which help when I go someplace public I park at high composer areas near high end vehiclces they can see my van and help themselves to my card.
