Another Hack

Picked up a new janitorial contract last mont. Doctors office. (our main business) They have been getting thier carpets cleaned every month. Same guy HWE. I came in one night and they were there cleaning....well trying to. I walked across the carpet and into a tiled room. And guess what? Dirty,muddy footprints.... Gee.... This week they had a room tiled and pulled up the carpet. The guy doing the work showed me the filthy carpet. I told him they just had it cleaned...He showed the doctor/owner of the practice and I got to meet with him today. Explained why thier carpets always look dirty shortly after cleaning and how I would fix it and the proper way to clean and maintain it. Anyway to make a long story short we are now thier carpet cleaners.
The first time we clean I'll HWE PROPERLY to flush out the dirt and residue and use Punch as my rinse. Then encap monthly for maintenance.Cimex and icapsol with releasit!!!!

Crikey, I read your heading and thought, "someone's onto me" !!!

Then I felt okay, 'cos all the doctor's surgeries I do, I only Encap; them.
