Cimex tank question:

Why is the Cimex advertised as having a 6.5 gallon tank when it is actually a 5 gallon tank? I fill my Mex with a 5 gallon plastic fuel jug. No big deal, just curious.

Thanks ranks up their with which came first the chicken or the egg?  One of the great mysteries of life as you are correct Joe. 

And to think all this time I thought my 5 gallon buckets were miscalibrated at the factory too.

As far as I know, the 6.6 gallon capacity that Cimex has published is correct. Keep in mind, that is (max capacity). I agree that 5 gallons is a comfortable amount to add to the tank, because you'll need room for the fluid to slosh around.
