New Contract

I just signed a new contract to clean a doctors office monthly. 2000 SQ/FT. of carpet. CGD. Thanks Rick for the CMS program. I used the power point presentation (tweeked with my company info and logo)and some of your marketing advice. This was the office that was previously being HWE by another company. Not a big account but what the heck.Got to start somewhere. Got it for .21/sq.ft.

That seems right in the ball park for commercial. If you are Cimexing that job will be very profitable. I do about 16 Doctors offices and my price range from .20 to .28 and I Cimex them all.

Joe-
did you make the presentation so it starts on its own or are you starting it. I sure would like to make it so it just starts on its own with timed frames. I have the frames timed, but if I don't get to get in front of the decision maker it would be nice to send a power point that starts on its own. Congradulations on the job!!

Yes I'll be using my Cimex and iCapsol.
Jeff, What I did is print it out and put it in a binder with a cover letter. I should have said that in my original post. Brain Fart!!! I have not played with it enough to get it to where I can put it on a disk and present it that way. I have been squeezing in time to get this carpet cleaning marketing going. I own a janitorial service and we maintain close to 300,000 Sq/ft. of commercial buildings a week. So it's a little slow going with the marketing for Clean Carpets with new prospects. But I'm working on it.
