Church Pews

Wondering what to charge for church pews - by the linear foot - for encapping - low to med. soiling...will be doing their carpets next week and now they want an estimate for the pews...

We have done it both ways. We used to do the linear foot price but one of my techs figured out that he could charge $25 per pew and the job would come out within a few dollars of the LF. price. The estimate sure goes a whole lot faster.

The last couple of times we have done it this way. However, the pews only had cloth on the seat not the back rest or anywhere else. I would probably charge more per pew if doing the back rest.

Ask yourself how many pews you could do in an hour and charge accordingly.
