Had to take my trailer out to a woftam late this arvo.
When I was putting it back in the back yard, I was a bit close to the garden bed.
Wanted to get something out of the side door, so walked through the overgrown garden.
Holy snappin' duck schitte, look what I nearly stepped on.

Phoned the coppers to come and check it out.
Rang them back an hour and a half later to see where they were, "They're on the way".
Half an hour later they turned up.
Took photo's and emailed them off, and waited............
And waited....................
Ho hum, the bomb squad is on it's way from Townsville, four hours drive away.
These Queensland coppers are super smart, no donuts for them, eh??
Delia took some rubbish down to the wheelie bin that was out the front next to their car and sprung them................EATING PIZZA !!!
9:30 pm, change of shift, go and have a look to make sure it hasn't moved, but these blokes won't be here long, they knock off at 10:00
9:50 two more replacements arrive, go and have a look to make sure it hasn't moved, the others take off.
These guys tell me that coppers will be coming and going all night.
"When's the bomb squad get here"??
"Argh, tomorrow morning some time".
"Bugger this, I'm going to bed"
"But" said the young copper, "What if it goes off" ??
"Mate, I'll probably sleep through it, if I do don't wake me"
Half an hour later
..
In the fart sack last night when we heard this bang go off.
Delia jumped, ( not me Sad ), I said, "just some clowns up the road.
A minute later there were torches flashing and a scuffle out the front.
I went out and the two coppers had two kids and an adult.
Seems they had some fire crackers and blew up a letterbox up the road.
Then ran down our street................straight into the coppers.
Talk about wrong place, wrong bloody time
