Anybody do commercial only?

I pass on 100% of the residential requests.
We generally clean 1 or 2 apartment buildings a day...5 days a week.

i tell my commercial prospects & clients i don't but it's hard to pass up a job when they are asking.

I am trying to establish enough commercial accout so that the residential is just gravy. I want to have only repeat customer not the one time low budget complainers.

Great web sight. Could you let me know who did it for you? I have 10 years as an owner operator and planning to go total commercial. Any advice?

I think commercial work is where it's at. I really don't enjoy residential for some reason. I'll admit, it is tougher to get these accounts but when you do your schedule is booked through the calendar year. THant's a good feeling to have in March...
