This elevator area actually needs a serious flushing. But they were unwilling to pay for restoring carpet to that extent. So i punched it lightly, and then MEXmerized it. All the soil you see is elevator mechanics oil tracking as well as the normal tracking of soil.

here is the before. Forsome reason the after won't go on this same page,it likely me.

I'm gonna try to figure out how to post these before i continue. I have a few of some resi stairs that i did. They turned out excellent...AND THE PHOTOS ARE CLEAR! SORRY GUYS, THANKS! BTW I DID NOT CLEAN WALK OFF MATS.

Alex, I clean ALL mats, rentals or not. With the Mex it only taks a minute. I get alot of comments on how well EVERYTHING looks, including the mats. It is just a way of doing more than the customer/client ask.

I agree, I always clean the walk off matts as well. I usually charge $10 per matt and just do it and the customer never complains. Takes a couple of extra minutes and makes you a couple of extra bucks.
