| I have a supper nasty restaurant that I plan on Hwe with my rx-20, I plan on pre-scrubbing with the cimex but was wondering if you can encap after HWE and if so does the carpet have to be completely dry? and will it improve the results?

Boy, you're the kind of cleaner i want to do my resturaunt. Very thorough.
Encapping with DS is great along with cimex. However, i do a chinese resturaunt monthly and i started out PUNCHing it and scrubbing it in with the MEX.
When i saw how it loooked i wondered if i even needed to MEXmerize it with DS.
I say that to say this: The punch is so powerful coupled with the agitation and dwell time, If it was me i wouldn't encapp it after. When you PUNCH IT and extract it with rx-20 whats left behind from the PUNCH will be encapped.
I guess encapping with DS afterwards couldn't hurt anything.except it would be adding more moisture.
Therefore rather than post MEXmerizing with DS, I would post MEXmerize with bonnets (no moisture) and recieve double extraction benefits as well as encapsulation.

I have not used punch and the job is tommorow night, I wish Rick offered trial sizes or Gallon purchases I have enough products I have bought and didn't like, I don't want 4 gal of a product I didn't care for. Although I love Releasit DS.

We've done a number of jobs doing just that- we have dryers on when we start, so we can encap after HWE quickly. A job that takes 2 hours with a truckmount can be hit afterwards in the traffic lanes with the Cimex in about 10 minutes. The results are outstanding!
