Dillution ratio

I did a trashed investor vacant home last week with Releasit DS and my CRB machine. The carpet was Builder Grade Nylon. I found when I mixed the solution at 8 ounces per gallon of hot water (instead of four) it cleaned up great. Has anyone else experienced this?

Try Derek on this one Ray.  I read on another board that he has played with higher dilutions and had better cleaning experiences.

rarely do i clean carpet with light to moderate soiling. it is typically moderate to heavily soiled. so in recent months i've learned to always in those situations not even mess around and use double the recommended dilution ratio. cleans up better, faster so the extra $ to do so doesn't bother me a bit.

time is $ so it all comes out in the wash

thanx --- Derek.

This is what I am finding out also. That comes out to $1.90 per RTU gallon which is still profitable at the rates I charge. My average job in resi. takes about 5 gallons, so it's still under $10. Better coverage on commercial running it thru the solution tank on the Cimex.
