Where to get material to make bonnets?

August 26 2007 at 7:54 PM
Chris

I have the small Mex and I need to make some pads for it, anyone know where to get material to make these bonnets? I am currently stuck with purchasing heavy duty microfiber towels and cutting them up.

Would these micro-fiber towels like you can buy at Sam's Club work just by folding them so they are 4 layers thick? Sow around the edge and them an "X" across the middle. Would they hold up?
