Chemstractor

One of my commercial accounts is a really large and expansive building and we Cimex it every 3 months. I am somewhat concerned about the quality of the "in house" vacuuming. So I am thinking that it may need some extraction down the road. Building is too large for HWE. Would take lots and lots of hose for a Stemin Demon. I was wondering if using a Chemstractor would be a good route to take. I know Rick and probably other board members have had experience with the Chemstractor. Would appreciate some input. This is a great account and I would like to keep our service top notch.

The new Chemstractor was shown at Connections.

All I will say is that it surely isn't the machine that the old Chemstractor was.

When we run across a building that needs to be extracted but the hose run is to far for the Demon to pump out we improvise. The simple solution is our waste tank that is on a dolly I put it about 150 200 feet away with a sum pump in, then it pumps put to the nearest sanitary sink or toilet.

The feed hoses and the dump hoses do not always have to be the same distance!

I have and use my Chemstractor alot. I bought my Cimex first, then I wanted a Chemstractor, thats when Rick was still selling them, he didn't want to sell me one , as he felt it was way over priced. I bought a used one. When I need to flush an area , I run my Chemstractor over it first, followed by the Cimex. It makes for a great system. I made some minor modifications to the Chemstractor and it works great.Too bad they don't build them like they used to.

These are interesting. I wonder how much they weigh? The look really heavy. Some interesting versatility though.
