YES ! I'm a proud new owner of a CIMEX (3Weeks), use on Commercial loop Poly' or Nylon results are great. Fine turning the use of the machine particulary in the applying the "Releasit DS". Observation 2 days after notice that there's a sligth shaddow (cleaning path) variation in the cleaned area, my judgement is the variation of applying the solution (excess..or..not quiret enougth)is the required skill or secret of operating the trigger to achieve the overall visuall results. Could do with some tips guys ???????
On badly soiled carpets I pre-spray "Releast Encap-Punch".....5min dwell time then proceed with CIMEX with "Releasit DS" result....great.
I have thinking of using it on some Cut/twist quality Wool carpets, I have read on line that there been some problems..... Pre-spray "Releasit DS" then... Brush...pads...or ??? I will have to do some research...any feed back guys..
Overall very impressed with the CIMEX.
CHEERS !!

The shadows your experiencing might be the amount of solution your putting down This has happened to me also. Usually when you vacuum after it dries it all blends out. It may also be the way the carpet pile is laying after it dries. Again after you vacuum it should blend out.
It takes some practice with trigger on the Cimex because of the gravity feed. But you'll get the hang of it.
