I have not tried to encap spot. Can someone enlighten me about how well it works and for what types of spots. I'd like nothing better than NOT carrying my magic bag around full of little bottles.

Encap-Spot works on a very broad range of spots.
Just about every type of spot that you'll come up against.

There may be a need for a peroxide for clored stains.
And you may still need a solvent spotter for chewing gum, etc.

But for the lion's share of spots, Encap-Spot gets the job done very nicely!

Encap-spot, I have used on a large range of spots with success, just as with Realeasit DS I use minimal amount and increase or repeat as needed. Just yeaterday I was doing a quote and noticed a large stain about 10" diameter, Mrs. said was urine and she had tried 2 other spot cleaners without success. I offered to remove at no charge, she said sure but she said it won't come out she had used very expensive spotters from other cleaners which had componded the problem and attracted addtional soil. Of course she was perched on my shoulder watching intently, I applied Encap spot liberally to my white towel on a corner of the spot to test, and removed the towel with heavy transfer of the stain, now confident I was going to remove it all I proceded, 5 minutes later all gone. She asked if it would come back? I showed her the towel and said No I'll be taking it with me. Original quote was for restoring wood floor, now she wants carpet done before holidays.

I'll be giving er a shot then.
