For all the Steamin Demon users: What do you do when the water pressure in the home or business you are working in is poor. In homes around here it isn't uncommon for the city water pressure to be very low. Even in office buildings, I had jobs where I needed to hook up in the bathroom, but the water pressure was just barely enough to wash your hands.

Without strong building water pressure the Steamin Demon was ineffective. I prefer a unit with a pump. I have 2 of the older Steamway 900s. The Cat pump will run #4 jetting at 450 psi. We have run 100 ft of 2 inch vac hose and had good dry times. Auto fill and auto dump with chemical metering. Add a heater cart and you have the whole package. I don't often use them anymore but personally, I still prefer them.

Many times there is a hook up under sinks that would have more pressure. I have rarely ran across this problem, if it was that bad then I have two options find a good source for water somewhere in the building and just run a longer feed hose to this place, or pull out the conventional extractor
