I thought I would pass this bit of info on.

We clean several restaurants with our Demons in high traffic areas
and encap the low traffic areas.

It seems someone sold the manager a bill of goods at one of our locations recently about them needing TM power to keep things looking good.

I had called to schedule this months cleaning when she had told me that they had a different CO clean the place with a TM.

I asked here Maggie how do the carpets look now?
She replied they look the same as when you clean them.

I have a meeting this AM to straighten things out I will also give her some technical Data on soil removal using the Demon
and on the total system we use. Just no way I want to fire up my TM again when there is no need to

why not sell it?

I am not selling my machines that we use

I will not change my business model as it is working just fine.
We are SOA service providers, one reason is we use the Demon which is a Gold Cert machine. The manager already said there is not difference in the cleaning, I was unable to attend the moring meeting but my sales person was there with a bunch of info on why we use what we use and technical data on the soil removal rates ect.

I do have a few clients who are about ready to upgrade to new Demons sometimes they will ask me what they can get for the used ones to lessen their costs. I will ask them and privately email the interested parties
