Production rate

Anyone have an idea what a production rate might be for the Vento on CDG?

I have a bid for 5000' +/- and want to know how long it might take before I submit the bid.

For padding with the Vento using a pad/bonnet your production rate will be around 800 - 1,000 sq ft per hour.

If you are doing straight encap cleaning using the FiberPlus pads, your production will be around 1,500 sq ft per hour.

These are honest evaluations of production rates (not salesman nonsense "buy our machine it can clean 8,000 sq ft per hour" LOL).

Tonight I did 2800 s/f of nasty cgd in 2.25 hrs.
I used 1 Cimex with gray pads and about 9 gls. of rtu Releasit DS @ 6 oz.per gl.
Had great results.

A lot of the production rate will depend on what your using for a sprayer since the vento doesn't have one on it. If you have a powered sprayer or pesi sprayer that part will go pretty fast.

I don't usually average more than about 600 sf/hour with my OP method, but I think I haven't learned to "trust the encap". Meaning I go over each area 2-3 times until it looks as good as I can get it. So I think I'm ususally removing most of the encapped dirt with pads??

So if I forced myself to only go over each area with 2 fast passes or one slow pass or one pass with a fiber pad this rate would double or triple giving you the rates Rick mentions above.
