Fire up the Cimex

I put together a maintenance plan for 37,000 ft insurance company which they accepted today. Its a beautiful facility less than a year old. The carpet is lightly soiled. They understand and want maintenance to keep it clean. Perfect job for the Cimex.

This brings me another small step closer to doing all commercial. It sure beats the daylights out of chasing down 200.00 residential jobs that may or may not repeat.

I should be receiving the marketing system any day from Rick. I already have Chuck Violands program. I think the 2 of them together might make a real salesman out of me.

Congradulations David, I to am gearing towards more commercial, the Cimex and my pad machine have been very well worth the investments and Ricks CD is great.

congradulations!!!! cimex rules. I too run 5 of them every night in some fashion. we have been building them into our service contracts as a in between hwe cleaning method of maintaining commercial clients.
