When they've made mistakes with my listing, I've successfully pressed them to receive free YP for the full year.

I don't have too much good to say about YP. It's about the biggest waste of marketing dollars IMHO (lots of dollars). And to top it off, my YP sales rep is totally worthless. Don't even get me started about YP LOL
