Filtration Soiling

October 17 2007 at 8:57 AM

Joe DeSouza

Doing a job next week - filtration soil from candles all over the place, under furniture, drapes, you know the deal...Customer has no problem paying $$ (nice house), so I want to do the best I can...

So..What's the best filtration soil remover out there? Been using prochem filter out with marginal success...

And...of course the whole carpet has a slightly dark hue to it, so what is the best prespray for filtration soil? The beige carpet is only 1 yr old, so I need something strong enough to clean, but not too strong enough to void the warranty...

Thanks!

Joe

Encap-Punch and an Edge Brush will get the job done.

Rick, how about the rest of the room which looks a little grey from the soot - should I prespray with punch and agitate with a carpet rake? would that work?

Thanks - Joe
