No trick question.
The negativity hype about olefin's wick back problems ect.is what i had in mind.

Especially inthis place, where they throw sodas coffee in their trash can next to their desk everyday. At the end of the month it seems as though that would be a lot of work when you concider the method needed to remove coffe stains in forty different suites, three conference rooms with coffe machines in each. Am i overlooking the good in in this situation? What am i missing here?

Perhaps i may concider presenting them with the perpetual clean.

Thanks

Go For It

Alex-
Talk about coffee and food stains, I use my Cimex and Releasit DS and HOT water , prepstay Punch and Fiber plus pads on a chain of coffee shops in a campus town. No worrys. Remarkable on these stains, did the first as a test store worst they had, came through with high praise got the rest of them from that along with tile and upholstery. In fact I'm doing the tile on campus location beginning tonight at midnight that has turned into monthly maintenance and carpet every 2 months and 3 months on some locations. You will surprise yourself.

the vast majority of CGD is olefin....no doubt you've already cleaned olefin many times without knowing it.
