This may be a tough question to answer, but can you all at least "ball-park" it for me?

How happy are the majority of clients for whom you remove the urine stain/odor withOUT pad removal? That is to say using a water claw and chemistry?

About 90% satisfaction rate, I always under promise and over deliver. I always let the customer know all stains may not come out due to length of time and what they may have used to remove. Odors I've had huge success with using Hydrocide and water claw I guarantee it unless the cat and dog return to the spot, normally a good indication is a call 1 week or 2 later the smell has returned. If it was a faulty odor removal you would know with in 48 hours maximum.
