cimex belt replacement

I am getting a little belt slippage on my cimex at start up useing max pads and when lifting wheels off of the carpet in tight spaces.
how do you know when to replace it?

Belt slippage takes place GRADUALLY over time, as the belt ages. So experiencing a little slippage is nothing to be alarmed about. The slippage will get progressively more pronounced, and when you see that it's really acting up you'll know it's time to replace the belt.
