Whoooo...

November 14 2007 at 5:11 PM
Steve

After thumping the payment, i grabbed a commercial account, 3 stores (2)3200sq ft and one 1000 sqft.

I did one today with my cimex and it turned out good. 3200sqft was 2hrs in/out. They complained thats the spots came back right after the last cleaner came and went. So i hope i can show them up. I need to work on my skill some what, basic lane ways and no room to turn the cimex around so i went backwards. 3 pass per lane. + 3 dry

Off tommorow to due the other store. some what out of my regular working area but it's work that is needed been slow for me this time of the yr. (STRANGE)

Iwas thinking of doing the next job with my op machine to see if the time would increase being both stores are equal is sqft.

One pit fall, i swong my cord behide me and it hit a small glass horse, i did report the damage. I'll see what head office hits me for it.

I asked head office how they found me, they said the interent, their based in Texas. being small a plan will not apply i think because all areas need to be cleaned at the same time.

I will also drop by that store tommorw to see the final resaults, it's only 15 mins away from each other. Its a shame i was not allow to do both it would have saved me $15.00 buck is gas. CDN hmm US means less- keep on saving.

I wounder if they will pay me in US funds?

Anyhow...

Your Friend

Ssteve

I know you must be relieved to have some work after being slow. I was slow during the last half of October and the first week in November, myself. It's started picking up for me now, and my usual school account for the week of Thanksgiving came in for me again this year. Hooray!

WOW! Steve,

Im excited for you.

Technique: In some cases you can adjust the handle to the up right position when you're almost at the end of your pass. Allowing you to Turn and go the other way.

Steve I'm glad to hear that the Cimex and commercial work is opening up some revenue for you in your slow spot. Commercial work can be a life saver when there are slower times with the residential.

As you continue to work with the Cimex you will become more comfortable with your dance partner. And as you learn how to lead that lady around the floor, your movements will become very natural. You'll be able to scoot in and out of tight areas with no problem at all. And I think you'll find your comparison with the OP machine to be slower than what you experienced with the Cimex.
