DRIED WATER STAINS

November 26 2007 at 6:53 PM
Alex

I spoke with a potential resi cust. who to me over the phone
that thare is water stains left in the carpet. I'm assummiing that its from flooding.

I haven't run across this one before in my short time in the business. Tomorrow i plan to go look at it and take my spot bottle to see if 50/50 will do it. Anyone ran across this one yet?

I basically want to find out what i'm up against so that i charge accordingly. I'm thinking to do free demo on that particular area and just charge for the rest of the cleaning. That oughtta win her over huh? If the water stain come out.

Thanks
Your Servant Alex
